1. I have a valid EU VAT number. Can I place an order with a 0% VAT by IDT?

Yes. To do so, select the "I have EU VAT" box in the cart.

2. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most European countries, North America, and South America. If shipping to your country isn't visible during placing your order, please send us a message: info@strokeshift.com. Describe what you'd like to order, and we'll find the best shipping option.

3. Can I pay by card?

Yes, but for now only in PLN. To pay for your order by card, select the "przelewy24" option.

4. Why is there an additional fee when paying with PayPal?

The additional fee covers the amount deducted by PayPal for each transaction and the costs associated with currency conversion via this platform.

5. Why was my order canceled?
This means we didn't receive payment on time. To clarify the matter, please email us at info@strokeshift.com with your order number in the subject line.

6. Do you offer discounts?
We strive to treat everyone equally and not categorize customers as better or worse.
For this reason, we do not offer seasonal or special occasion sales. If prices could be lower, they certainly would be.

To buy our products at a lower price, you can however:
- Complete a training session at Spider Suspensions and receive a discount code.
- Ask for items with visual defects caused during production or storage – for these, we can offer a discount tailored to the specific case.
